A: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure our services. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event

A: Our cancellation policy is “Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event: Full refund of the deposit”, “Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to the event: 50% refund of the deposit”, “Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event: No refund”

A: Our team will arrive 1-2 hours before the event start time to set up and ensure everything is ready. For live catering, we will arrive earlier to set up cooking stations.
