At India Catering, we aim to provide exceptional service and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, changes, and refunds to help us serve you better. Please read the following policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations Made 14 Days Prior to the Event:
    • If you need to cancel your order, you must notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled event date. In such cases, we will issue a full refund of the deposit amount paid.
  2. Cancellations Made 7-13 Days Prior to the Event:
    • For cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the event date, 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded. This partial refund accounts for costs already incurred in preparation for your event.
  3. Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Prior to the Event:
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date. The full deposit amount will be retained to cover expenses incurred.

Deposit Requirements:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total catering cost is required at the time of booking to secure our services for your event. This deposit is necessary to cover initial costs and preparation.

Refunds for Unsatisfactory Service:

  • If you are not satisfied with our service or food quality on the day of the event, please contact us immediately. We will address and rectify any issues to the best of our ability. Refunds or partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the complaint and the extent of the issue. We aim to ensure that every client is fully satisfied with our catering service.

Force Majeure:

  • India Catering is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the event or provide a refund, minus any non-recoverable costs. We will make every effort to accommodate changes due to these exceptional circumstances.

Changes to Orders:

  • Any changes to the order, including the number of guests, menu items, or event date, must be communicated to us at least 7 days prior to the event. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please be aware that additional charges may apply for significant changes. Last-minute changes may not be possible due to prior arrangements and preparations.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the deposit unless otherwise agreed upon.
